The maintenance of ship valves is divided into three types: emergency maintenance, on-time maintenance, and prospective maintenance. Emergency maintenance is the maintenance when the valve cannot meet the actual operation requirements of the processing technology after the valve is abnormal. Just-in-time maintenance typically includes routine maintenance and maintenance that occurs concurrently with process outage maintenance.
Prospective maintenance is the purposeful maintenance of related regulating valve components based on the analysis results of prospective maintenance.
Emergency maintenance is the maintenance after the common failure of the regulating valve, and timely maintenance and forward-looking maintenance are the maintenance before the common failure of the valve. Usually, the daily maintenance of ship valves is carried out by the instrument panel maintenance staff, and the on-time maintenance is carried out at the same time as the maintenance is carried out by the production and manufacturing professional technicians.
The consumable parts of the valve are mainly: packing, sealing ring, gasket, piston rod sealing ring, pulse damper, soft sealing high-pressure gate valve, and valve core sealing lining. Replace with new parts every time you repair.
